      Pros

      Great team environment. Everyone has a voice and communication is great from top to bottom. Everyone is encouraged to think outside the box and be creative even everyday mundane tasks.

      Cons

      This is a smaller company where people are held accountable and everyone pulls their part, can't afford not to. If that isn't you....

      A passion for what the company does , combined with an equal desire to build and evolve the culture as the company grows makes for a winning combination.
