      Collaborative and inclusive culture — people are genuinely kind and open to helping each other. Strong focus on talent quality over quantity, which gives sourcers like me the space to work strategically. Leadership is transparent and supportive; regular check-ins and feedback make it easy to understand expectations. Good work-life balance and flexible working hours.
