There is so much creative freedom within this role! I love being able to create whatever I want for the company (appropriately).
Cons
There is no training. First day, I was expected to make/post something. I was still learning about the company.

Get paid to learn about planes and how to maintain them, company is growing, great co workers
Cons
Lots of slow days, they are reluctant to have you sit around and shadow people in order to learn, some days they don’t know what work to assign you to and you have to figure it out yourself or go work somewhere that’s not even your department, high turnover rate, no OT
