Management is invested in you, your role, your growth and your work/life balance. During COVID, we have had multiple team lunches, virtual hang outs and game nights, every Friday the last half an hour is Happy (half) Hour for us to just talk and not about work. The team is so diverse but also so close-knit. We get to work with each other through multiple different mediums and everyone gets along so well, some of us haven't even been able to meet face to face due to quarantine. There is so much room for growth, learning, interactions and making friends out of coworkers. That is a huge win!!
