      Pros

      This year we in the HR team received our highest variable pay ever. A happy feeling that all the great work in AI, employee experience, and partnering with business was seen, appreciated, and rewarded. From being a support function to a critical partnership function this is a great place. Investment in people- learning programs on AI use for productivity, understanding people and relationships more through TA 101, access to ET masterclasses, and AI tools without any unnecessary bureaucracy—is the hallmark of how we work here.
