      They provide a lab coat.

      Cons

      This place is like a chicken with no head. No one knows what is going on. They will fatten the business and make it more chaotic, then sell it off in a few years.

      Lab coats provided, nice co-workers, good lab equipment, relaxed dress code, modern lab, not reprimanded for taking advantage of not coming into work

      Management shows favoritism, promotes unqualified people due to favoritism, huge turnover of personnel, admin are expected to do lab paperwork that is way beyond their training, lab manager is awful, terrible benefits
