Been with the company a month so far and everyone has been very helpful and supportive. The company also has a great culture. The leadership team are very approachable and open to feedback. The Head of Engineering is very supportive and always looking to up skill those in the Engineering team.

Starting your first proper job can be daunting, but from the moment i started working at Track 24, I felt at ease due to the very warm welcome i received from everyone across all departments. My onboarding process was steady and welcoming, and i am continuing to have monthly probation reviews during my 6 month probation period. This is really valuable as it means i continue to feel supported and can understand how i'm progressing as well as areas to improve. There is a great balance each working day between meetings and independent work, which means I can get on with my work whilst also getting my daily boost through social interaction! This is definitely really important for motivating each other and creating a good working environment. My journey so far has been great and I look forward to continuing working with everyone at Track 24!
