Really good working culture, good management, and smart senior developers, architects who come from a vast experience in terms of development and domain knowledge. Every process was pipelined well. CTO is also smart in terms of knowledge and people management, he is friendly and allows open door policy to walk to him for any queries. He also keeps his eyes and ears wide open to explore to new technology or tool based on the trends in the market. It was one of the best places and smart people I worked at and with.

Cons

Hardly any! May be invest on the better office equipments and infrastructure.
