Pros
Salary is competitive with market, but you have to factor in other things such as: they contribute 3% of your pay to a 401k even if you contribute 0%, they pay your full medical premiums and reimburse your deductible up to a certain amount, they contribute thousands to your HSA every year, they are willing to pay for any school or training program for your role, and everyone genuinely loves what they do
