      Developping a company that is lead by a true genius is fantastic and unique in your live! Working closely with Toby is very inspiring and challenging at the same time. He always has a clear vision and achieves his goals, no matter how difficult they are. I am amazed every day about the path UIB is taking and I am very pleased to be part of this outstanding team.

      You'll learn a lot! Every day is different and you'll meet amazing people from all over the world who'll become like your family. Working in this exciting environment and to be a witness of how IoT and AI will change our way of living is just amazing and a great privilege.

      Cons

      Due to different time zones, some need to be up before 6 AM for certain meetings, but if you love what you do it's actually not an issue.
