Pros
I am grateful to have wonderful peers and a manager who looks out for us. The pay is good, and we participate in every federal holiday. We also receive pay increases, as any company does, and enjoy very good benefits.
Cons
Every time the company schedules a BBQ event or potluck, I somehow manage to miss the memo.
