      - Having the flexibility to be able to work remote if needed - Family / team culture - Working together (cross-team) to solve issues / answer questions

      Cons

      - Could improve on communication with regards to some support tickets - Eliminate some of the apps / software we use so we are not scattered all over the place with different tabs opened
