I have worked in this company almost 6 years. I have learnt so much here both technically and business. Everyone here is really smart, and wants to succeed both personally, and as a company. People collaborate and help each other Leadership is awesome and down to earth. you can reach anyone and exchange your views and ideas. If you are willing to learn and grow, this is the company for you. Very flat organization structure.
Cons
I cant say any particular Cons. I believe this is very different for people to people. I have not seen major Cons that I had to worry.
