Pros
-Great services on and around campus for transport, a health clinic, kindergardens, etc. - Good synergy between the different workers' unions and overall admin.
Cons
- Heavily relies on hiring "temporary" contractual employees for critical roles, keeping them for years or decades, but never as full-fledged employees. Whole categories of employees are therefore excluded from the protections and stability offered to their colleagues, often doing similar tasks under a different contract category.
