      Pros

      I speak with companies actively trying to manage hybrid work, and conversations are productive because I’m not pushing something abstract—most prospects already see the need. The remote work option makes it much easier for me to maintain a good work/life balance. The compensation package and commissions are good, which is always motivating.

      Cons

      Sales cycles are on the longer side, so commissions don’t come as quickly as I'd like.

      Managers guide without getting too hands-on — you have room to work at your own pace. Good onboarding (covered the platform and sales tools and focused on real scenarios) Remote work and effective tools for outreach and pipeline tracking Decent pay, with opportunity to increase your earnings as you build your book

      The remote setup often affects communication speed.

      Pros

      Interesting work reaching out to companies that need flexible office setups. Lots of room to experiment, to try different approaches without getting boxed into a rigid routine. Regular paycheck and good benefits. Commissions come as expected.

      Must be a self-starter, no handholding here
