Pros
The company showed a lot of promise when I joined — great culture, supportive team, and a decent compensation package.
Cons
Barely a few months into joining, the new CEO abruptly decided to restructure and laid off a significant number of employees, despite strong business performance. It seemed more like a leadership whim than a strategic move, leaving many of us questioning the company's stability.

When I started the company was heading places. Incredible management and culture and decent pay.
Cons
Out of nowhere the new CEO decided to restructure and laid off almost half the workforce. This was after setting record months in sales. They no longer wanted to pay commissions anymore.
