      Pros

      The company is a true meritocracy. I've never worked at a place with the kind of upward mobility that Utilant offers for those that are willing to put in the work. I've managed to maintain a healthy work/life balance and that is generally encouraged by management. The people I work with on a daily basis are incredibly talented and the atmosphere is very positive for the most part. Management and Exec suite are very approachable and welcome honest dialogue and new ideas.

      Cons

      There is a steep learning curve which can be challenging to overcome for some. The product is vast and very configurable which can be a double edged sword. Onboarding and training have improved a lot since I started, but still needs to be beefed up to really overcome that learning curve.
