      Pros

      I've worked for large 80,000+ organisations and small 20 person startups, Valence is by far the best employer I've worked for. They have cultivated a culture that is honest, humble, open and kind. They have great benefits and everyone here is a genuinely good person. Lunch is paid for every day and we sit down together to eat as a full team - it's a small perk that actually makes the working day very enjoyable.

      I have worked here for 3 months and have not come across 1 negative of working here.

      - Startup environment (i.e., working with ambiguity, moving priorities, building the plane as you fly). If you are looking for standardized paths, existing processes, and clear instructions, this is likely not the place for you!
