      Pros

      Excellent opportunity to learn about how a tech company is run, with regular feedback from the management on performance. Able to get the true start-up experience with this company where you can see all your hard work come to fruition and makes it all worth while.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance which could be tough for employees who are looking to balance family and career prospects. I'm personally happy about this as this gives me more learning opportunities but I can understand why some may not want this.

      - Hungry people are rewarded - Plenty of room for advancement - Your input is highly valued and is often transformed into a new product feature or improvement - Laid back and flexible environment - Focus on quality of business development over quantity - Lunch/drinks are provided multiple days/nights per week

      Cons

      - 15-minute walk from bart - If you need a very structured position where you are essentially a robot, then this place is probably not for you - It's a little loud from all the people talking on the phone
