Vision6 is truly one of the best companies I have ever worked for. The culture is great and you get to work alongside brilliant and highly passionate individuals across all departments. Although the team is smaller than our competitors, everyone pitches in and works together to get the job done and done well! Work life balance is great - they are very understanding of family or personal commitments and arrange flexible working schedules when needed. The senior management team are down to earth, understanding people who genuinely listen to their staff. My manager in particular always pushes the team to learn and grow both professionally and personally. I feel supported - both at the upper management level, as well as a closer, team level. Peoples' opinions, ideas, and thoughts are always heard so everyone is given an opportunity to really make an impact.

The people are amazing. Very supportive environment. Good team communications and interactions. There is a focus on team building activities and relationship building. All resources required are provided, all resources requests are considered. Everyday interactions with the team are proactive, good-humoured, and authentic.
