      A great place to work! The team I work in is headed up by a superb manager who supports his team every step of the way.

      All roles have challenges, there are no cons to working here. Only the usual day to day frustrations we can all experience at one time or another.

      Volution Group is a great company to develop and grow your career, with a supportive environment and numerous opportunities to get involved across different areas of the business. Since joining, I’ve gained valuable experience that has significantly boosted my confidence, particularly in engaging with new people and liaising with customers.

      Cons

      Our system lacks data or in some cases, the data is incorrect, which makes it challenging to introduce new products to our customers and respond to data queries efficiently. However, I am aware that there is a wider data improvement project to address these issues and enhance data accuracy and accessibility across the business.
