      - A lot of independence - Not un-reasonable workload - If you have a solution/idea, people will listen - Fantastic office

      - Lots of churn at company - Have to be happy making your own role

      Curiosity/Fluid Thinking is Necessity

      -Hard Working/Respectful Colleagues. -HR/Office Staff is great. -Work Flexibility/PTO is great as long as you're on top of work

      Cons

      -Disorganization/Communication across Departments. (Although this can be solved if initiative is taken.) -Some training can be irrelevant and not helpful. -Training for processes paramount to account success can be stronger.

      Cons

      -A dynamic startup environment characterized by a fast-paced atmosphere where change and evolution are constant. If you prefer routine and stability, this may not be the right fit. However, for those eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges, this company presents a valuable opportunity. -The demands of long working hours at times and continuous multitasking can be challenging and exhausting.
