Pros
Winsert is forward thinking and sets itself apart in comparison to other manufacturers in the area. Working at 2 others prior, I quickly sensed being a part of something bigger than just going to work each day. If you show up, work hard, and pull your weight, you will be recognized. I like where the company and culture is going and look forward to the future.
Cons
Overtime was steady at times, but due to strong orders. From what I am told, this is trying to be addressed with the labor shortages.
