Pros
-Very high salary, always paid on time -Beautiful office space -Catered daily lunch -Working alongside extremely talented and intelligent employees
Cons
-The worst management style I've ever experienced. No direction, no strategy, zero expectations communicated -High turnover of employees and 6 month probation period -I experienced a very toxic work environment - I was verbally harassed by another employee and received no support from management (in hindsight, I wish I had reported this to the labour board).
