Pros

New management and a new cohesive team has made Expand an extremely positive and enjoyable place to work. We're not "co-workers," we're family. - 2Pac is bumped loudly on the reg.

Cons

Sometimes you actually have to work. That's one of the only downers, especially on Monday's. Traffic is terrible in the mornings.

Pros

Very relaxed environment. Knowledgeable and energetic employees plus the company is growing by the week. Client is always number 1 and if you compare with other digital companies this isn't the industry norm. It a great place to come to work. New opportunities for personal growth are showing up more and more.

Cons

Traffic can be difficult. Company is growing fast, so always little things to iron out (new process and procedures) --
