      Pros

      high degree of freedom which you will decide what you wanna do today, this week, next month, next quarter, and your current year plan very transparent about company objective and current status, I know the company performance in terms of sales, product planning, and hiring status. people always sharing their knowledge as long as you wanna learn from them

      Pros

      - The company is growing, expanding globally, and getting increasingly complex in an interesting way - New products and business units being developed - some fail, some succeed - but this is truly an experimental org and not a stagnant one - People who work here are generally top-notch across the board

      Cons

      - Being remote, global, and people split between multiple business units + "ownership" mindset = can lead to silo'd groups/teams
