Yoco does not employ management with a good culture fit. The company employs managers that are self centred and takes all the credit while telling lies about you to upper management. For a data driven company there are no processes in place, if you sound like you know what you are doing but you don't actually know anything then this is a great place for you to work, you just need to sound intelligent and the job it yours, if you wish to work for a company that does not get involved when they are told that you’re difficult to work with they will just believe whatever is being said to them with no evidence to substantiate what is being said and when you seek out help from senior management, people that you should be able to trust and confide in they decide to bring people into the conversation without informing throwing you completely off guard . because they find it ”difficult” to deal with “these things”. Lastly if you have a friend at Yoco just ask them to give your CV to someone that works there specially if your friend is liked and works in management apply!! You will have a job forever, Yoco leaders ultimately try and build an organisation that's healthy, safe and fair for all it is not the organisation that makes it toxic it's “The People” its “Management” employees suffer in silence while management mistreats them and belittles them but you will put up with being treated like nothing because the organisation is healthy just your manager aint.
