Zapp is a progressive company, having been employed by them for 2 years, we are much more structured, organised and strategical than we have ever been before, allowing us to make ore informed decisions which will add long term benefits to the employee experience

Cons

To be more open with certain team members to help make decisions as someone will have the solution to an obstacle we are facing
