      Some of the friendliest colleagues I've met

      Pros

      Managers who tell you to work less and take care of yourself more. Colleagues who are really passionate about their work, but also equally fun outside of work. Users who are genuinely thankful the product exists. Higher management who listen to feedback from the ground.

      Cons

      The company is originally from the US, so a lot of communication has to be done across timezones. The team in Singapore is fairly junior, so finding mentorship can require a bit more effort. Things change very quickly, which is good and bad -- sometimes it can feel like direction is not clear.

      * Concentration on learning * Almost everyone in the company is really passionate and interested about what they work on * Easy people to deal with and learn from * Equal pay wrt the market * Very transparent in terms of work being done and the status of the firm

      * Still has the startup vibe ( may be a pro or a con depending on what you like )
