      Pros

      If you do what you say you’re going to do and get it done you will love working here. You can tell that the leaders care from the top down - not just a number.

      Cons

      Benefits have declined a bit but still decent

      Pros

      Ability to speak freely with leadership at all levels and they listen! Ability to manage self and make suggestions and if they are reasonable, allowed to move on them. People really care about each other and the business.

      Cons

      We need to strive to determine how we can best communicate across all departments. This is a common challenge at all companies and we are no different. We need to make sure all new hires understand this and take to heart.

      Pros

      The work environment is very laid back. You dress business casual Monday thru Thursday and then Friday is a relaxation clothing day. You can wear shorts and flip flops if you like. The provide snacks and drinks throughout the different breaks rooms at no cost to the employees. Most of the employees are willing to help everyone else with whatever they need. The company is growing very quickly, which means opportunities to advice within the company.

      Cons

      With the company growing so fast there are some growing pains. You may have to work a few different thing outside of your job in order to complete your task. The bonuses aren't great compared to other in the industry. This is on the table to be corrected though.
