Pros

After 12 years, I still love working alongside the incredible leaders, designers, and architects at api(+). What I appreciate most is the firm’s progressive, creative work and the way leadership empowers each team member to focus on what they do best, work that is both fulfilling and aligned with their greatest talents.

Cons

As a small marketing team, balancing content creation and pursuing new business opportunities can be challenging, as there’s always more we’d love to accomplish.

Pros

Beautiful unique office space, opportunities to wear many hats if you want to, smaller firm (about 30 people) so you really get to know everyone and all of the firm's projects, leadership involved in all projects and very knowledgeable

Cons

Sometimes work can hit all at once and its all hands on deck, but that is the nature of the business when you work with a small firm
