Pros

i been working here for a month and a half and i love it. i love coming to work, i love my coworkers and supervisor. Everyone is very welcoming and make you feel part of the team from day 1. They are this great training class that last a week and it gets you ready when you need to be on the floor on your own. i felt very prepare and capable once i was making calls and answering inbound calls. My supervisor is always on top of her work making sure we have work and if we ever have a question she's always there to answer them.

Cons

i personally do not see any cons with this company. If you do your job and follow company rules there's not much to complaint about.

Pros

- 2 weeks of training. - Great Coworkers. - Benefits after 3 months.

Cons

- When its slow there are layoffs. - If you last more than a year you are considered a veteran as no one lasts more than a couple months.

Pros

I enjoyed part of my job at medsave due to my coworkers (peers), they were amazing. Also, the building "cafeteria" (for lack of a better word) is spectacular! Company often provides lunch for employees for holidays/ company meetings. If organized and structure to the project being worked on, the work is easy and not difficult to keep up with.

Cons

Supervisory staff are known to take extended breaks, or beyond frequent short breaks. It was annoying and frustrating to be dedicated and working on a project that lacked structure. There were often complaints of work not being done or documents not submitted, but in fact there was not an adequate system for such information to be received from outside resources and was often lost. Despite numerous staff attempts, management was rarely receptive to suggestions for improvement or solutions. Therefore leaving everyone unhappy with work performance. Blatant favoritism. There is so much pressure and anxiety because you never know when it will be your last day. Even if a permanent MedSave employee (not only a temp worker through an outside agency). Work and attempts to be proactive is not appreciated, but instead ignored or discredited. Employees don't seem to be valued. Unprofessional - rumors, personal business, and all kinds of stories are spread and talked about all day. Working here may seem good at first, but once your there for a while, you begin to notice a lot of things aren't right. They often speak of being like family and having an open door policy, however those whom are like family seem to revolve in that favorites circle. If you aren't in that group of people be sure to keep all comments, questions, and concerns to yourself in order to no be a nuisance.

We are working on resolving some of the issues you mention including instituting teams to address Process Improvements, Employee Events and a Green team to address recycling concerns. -Paul A.
