      - at the absolute forefront of AI - clear business orientation, no "hype" - option to take over a lot of ownership - great colleagues who help each other out

      - hard work - fast changing environment & goals, you have to be ok with that

      Pros

      - Great people culture - are a remote first organization because of the trust and quality of all employees. Really feels like everyone is pushing as one team despite all the various roles. - Are doing a great job as a startup in keeping pace with the industry and incorporating the latest features in their products (haystack, deepset cloud)

      Cons

      - Can be fast-paced, but that is an implicit understanding of a start-up in the ML/AI space
