      Pros

      The ambition of the company is infectious, and if you can show the same level then there's plenty of opportunity to grow with the company - I've seen countless internal promotions in around a year here. I started at graduate level and was given the trust, confidence, responsibility and support needed to improve myself from the off. The culture is a result of the type of person at e3: genuine, friendly, exciting and driven.

      Cons

      The ambitious nature and fast pace won't suit everybody.
