      A friendly syntax company with english culture and good benefits

      All the support system the training s the collaboration they are really great, the good vibe of a team keeps people here

      Cons

      The pay was so satisfactory and the beginning. Eventually if you are in the operation ring the paper will not be too high like a investment bank or so. But good compensation for the time eventually

      Great environment with a analytical style of work.

      Pros

      Great colleagues and a supported work environment. The people go above and beyond for each other allowing you to form genuine friendships which produces an environment where you feel heard and comfortable. The work is creative and always developing, you don't feel stagnant or overly repetitive. The office is welcoming and comfortable.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work can lean very heavily into the analytical side which if this is no a strength of yours can be a cause for stress. This, however, is alleviated by being able to rely on your team for help and support.

      Largely a great company - one co-founder is problematic

      Pros

      Christophe (CEO) is great, the culture is very good, from a software engineering perspective there is a lot of freedom and a lot of time to focus on tech debt. The opportunity to progress quickly is significant and very meritocratic.

      Cons

      James, one of the Co-Founders is incredibly negative and regularly picks arguments with people on Slack about arbitrary topics. Outside of that, there are no significant negatives. It would be nice if we could work from abroad for longer periods.
