Pros

- Love the flexibility around work here, there is a high trust culture for you to do your work and no one micromanages you - Because it is a new market and new office, there are a lot of opportunities for you to try new initiatives and build culture - The people here are honestly great people to work with, intelligent and understanding - Lots of free food (breakfast twice a week for now) and a fully stocked pantry with drinks - Competitive salaries and equity packages - Comprehensive benefits (health, wellness, meal stipends, etc.) - Stock options/RSUs as part of the compensation package

Cons

- The internal HR and finance systems are quite archaic for a tech software company, which is quite confusing. To apply for leave you need to go into 2 different apps and then manually update your gcal, and the UI/UX is quite bad. - The travel system is also a huge painpoint, and has been raised up quite a lot internally esp for teams who travel very often
