Operations Development Program salaries in Singapore

I’m considering an internal transfer to an architect role. I think the pay would be roughly the same, or maybe a couple percent increase at most. I was thinking this type of role might be “safer” from AI compared to software engineering. I know the hiring manager from work on prior projects, no major red flags that would make me think twice about joining her team. I do enjoy coding though.. Thoughts?

Final round interview with Accenture coming up for a manager role within consulting. Any idea what to expect? So far have had 2 other interviews one SM round, and one MD round for both skills and industry proficiency.

Has anyone gone from Consulting -> Group Product Manager or Director of Product? I made the switch to become GPM, managing a team of 4 senior PMs. I am wondering if I should try to get reps as an IC by taking a lower level role at a more reputable company or continue on the people management journey and lateral later.

Got an offer from Big 4 firm as SM in tech consulting. Have been at current job for over 12 years and now a director at mid tier firm. With base and bonus, total comp is pretty comparable. If I retire in 6 years, is it even worth starting from scratch at Big 4?
