Content Creator Project Based

• Develop, shoot, edit and publish 21 content/week for Instagram & Tiktok

• Edit short-15sec and long-format 60sec videos for IG and TikTok (Reels, Stories, TikTok posts)

• Fast trendjack spotting and apply social media trends creatively in brand-relevant ways

• Design simple, eye-catching graphics for social content using tools like Canva and CapCut

• Help maintain a cohesive visual and brand tone across platforms

• Assist in filming or sourcing content assets when needed

• Repurpose existing content to fit different formats (e.g. Reel to TikTok, static to carousel)

• Monitor social media engagement

• Occasionally support with caption writing or brainstorm content ideas with the team

• Stay updated on IG & TikTok features, updates, and community best practices

Minimum Qualifications: Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (S1), any major. Fresh graduates are welcome

• Experience creating content for Instagram and/or TikTok

• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera and behind the camera

• Used to producing content quickly and consistently

• Experience with viral or high-engagement content is a plus

• Basic design skills using Canva, video editing using CapCut or similar tools

• Able to shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos independently.

• Strong awareness of social media trends and how to adapt them for brands

• Good sense of visual storytelling for 15–60 sec videos

• Able to repurpose content across formats (Reels, TikTok, carousel, etc.)

• Understands basic branding and content aesthetics

• Creative, proactive, and fast-moving

• Strong presence, expressive, and not camera-shy

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment
