IT Sales Executive

Note: COMSERV is not a retail outlet with a showroom. Our sales activities are conducted via phone, email and face-to-face appointments with customers.

Responsibilities:

• • • sell ICT products, services and solutions
    • find new customers and maintain good business relationship with them as well as existing customers
    • constantly acquire updated knowledge on IT products
    • work closely with the technical and software consulting teams to prepare proposals/quotations to customers to address customers’ IT requirements
    • maintain good business relationship with suppliers and negotiate for good pricing

Requirements:

We are looking for suitable individuals who

• • • possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
    • have knowledge in IT products and/or ERP. Those with work experience in similar field or industry will have an added advantage
    • are fast learners and are willing to take up new challenges
    • Good verbal and written communication skills to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders of all levels.
    • Applicants must possess good command of written and spoken English. Ability to communicate in other languages is an added advantage.
    • are willing to be based in Kuching, Sarawak
    • possess own transport and are willing to travel as & when required
    • are Malaysian, preferably Sarawakian
