      Pros

the people you work with seem cool being able to work with multiple brands - good for resume experience work from home

      Cons

absolutely zero transparency on how business is people are let go in secret, with no warning or valid explanation - coworkers also never respond after, almost as if they are told not too leadership plays favorites & allows toxic brands to sign on absolutely no accountability for employees being overworked due to overdelivering of the business contract reviews are a joke & "growth" is never taken seriously managers are overloaded & can not manage anyone under themselves or take this as a priority

      Solid Company with Good Growth

      Business outlook

      Pros

Paid team is made up of super smart individuals who are always willing to help each other out and are a bunch of fun. No egos at play. Managers are great. Autonomy and flexible WFH schedule. I was recently overwhelmed with a few clients and my manager stepped in to rearrange my assignments to get things off my plate.

      Cons

Needs to hire more proactively but they say this is being addressed. There are team members who are working late hours but a few days per week. Needs more diversity in executive leadership.

Smart, kind people trapped in a disorganized infrastructure built on burnout

      Former employee

      Business outlook

      Pros

      - Coworkers are generally very smart, friendly, kind people - Being able to work from home

      Cons

      - Structure of the company is disorganized - Employees are unclear of where their roles start and end, with managers, account managers, and operators all doing much of the same things but not making the same money. - Salaries are below market rates and the average percentage of raises is pretty much a cost of living increase. - There is no method or structure to how things are done, leaving everyone scrambling, realizing they've either wasted time doing too much or haven't done enough, and panicking. - Extreme disconnect between the sales process and the client work. Client expectations are set very high and they are given big promises that aren't conveyed to the teams working for them, which inevitably sets everyone up for failure and puts teams at a position of trying to convince clients not to bail. - Sales team keeps trying to bring in new clients without respect for the resources available, leaving teams juggling way too many accounts and not being able to give them proper attention - Employees are overburdened and regularly express overwhelm and burnout, some suffering to the point of mental and physical illness - General sense that nobody feels like they have a grasp on what they're supposed to do but everyone is also afraid to say anything. - Employee turnover is high
