great place to work if you speak Spanish, the people are friendly, management cooks food a lot, very "christian"

lots of mandatory overtime, expect to work every Saturday, micromanagement. this company cares more about dollars and shows it through the signs in the shop that state "we care about or customers and we care about our shareholders" not a sign that says they care about or value their employees.

- You can be promoted to project manager if you want to wait 3 years. - A very relaxing place to work. Plenty of time to get your work done and a commute with tons of scenic views.

- Being 1 second late to clock in and 15 minutes late to clock out will get you a write up. Turnover is horrendous because of this let alone the fact that it is dangerous due to basically encouraging reckless driving. - Two hours of work per day due to the management (Glassdoor rules… can’t point out a specific person) paranoid about you stealing his job. Sure I could spend the rest of the time studying to be a project manager, but it really makes for a long day.
