Pros
So long as you are mediocre and don't ask questions you'll do great. HR/leadership is very hands-off and does not check in or provide feedback on job performance throughout the assignment. The hiring process is quick and has little onboarding. Pay is fair and at the market rate. If you are looking for money with no culture/ opportunities for full-time hire and/or advancement, a solid option.
Cons
Leadership processes and support retaliatory firing practices for reports to HR. They will also retroactively remove benefits after stating in writing when benefits end.
