      Great benefits and pay is competitive (maybe slightly on the lower side compared to FAANG). Most employees and managers are good, kind people. Culture is very friendly, positive, nice. Very supportive of people with families or anyone needing special accommodations.

      Bureaucratic and slow. Depending on what org you are in, can be very political. Can't get things done as quickly as I'd like. Every decision requires layer upon layer of approvals.
