Pros included the employee discount, meeting some sweet co-workers, seeing new products, being flexible with the schedule I wanted, and sometimes free items depending on what was coming out.

Cons include doing way too much work for what I was paid for, dealing with petty managers, doing my sm's job most of the time without recognition or extra compensation, not very body positive or happy environment, and was wayyy too much gossip and drama for no reason from old people that have no business acting that way.

I like the clothes, so I enjoyed having the employee discount. You also earn rewards for working that you can exchange for free items/discounts. All of my coworkers were young women around my age, and we all got along just fine.

There were many times where it was clear the employees (myself included) weren't trained enough. People didn't know how to complete tasks that were assigned to them, or we would constantly need to have managers step in because nobody was taught how to do something.

The GM and DM have an inappropriately close relationship and it was the most unprofessional environment I ever worked in.
