What are working conditions like at Aerie ?

I loved working here it was a great environment with a great discount

There wasn’t parking for the store

I had some of the best coworkers and it was a safe community of girls.

The management could have been better as I had a traumatizing end of employment which included unsafe work conditions.

Social job, flexible hours, decent discount on product

Company is trying to cut costs at every turn; which includes hiring a bunch of staff only to have everyone work once every 2 weeks. Corporate doesn’t understand what it’s like to work in store and would implement policies that didn’t align with flow or function, including safety of workers when located at downtown spaces with a high frequency of theft.
