Managers play favorites, will reduce hours with no warning, management is very critical of staff and gives little opportunity to show growth from mistakes

Working here is terrible for your mental health the manager katie will play favorites they when you aren't the favorite anymore discard you like trash the garbage that comes out of her mouth is unbelievable

food is bad overpriced management is not good except one manager who is overworked corporate doesn’t care they want us to use an app everyday to play corporate mini games PASS for $5.25/hour tips are poor because the concept is not good so people don’t tip 3% Service Fee on all bills and it’s in tiny fine print so people get mad and don’t tip management not supportive no training fails to see they are the reason people leave their company so quickly had me working a second location within 1 shift of work training 🫣 i made $500 in 8 shifts

Will fire you for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Huge lack of communication between the managers. Stresses “teamwork” but the employees will talk about you behind your back. Very unprofessional environment from all members on the team. Don’t make a mistake because they’ll make up lies about you and you’ll lose your job 👍🏻

Excessive hours and homework given out for managers on top of everything else with no value added to compensate. Mandatory meetings and expected attendance even on off days. Upper management has issues with proper boundaries being set such as off-hours expectations regarding phone.

The management at A&R are really sweet and easy to work for. The server community is supportive as well.

Because of Chattanooga's city law, you can't drink alcohol at a restaurant you work for. This really sucks because they have amazing margaritas.
