Poor Pay, poor management and heavy caseload. management only cares about withholding number of patients and not input of team to offer disenrollment to clients. Complaints and miscommunication between company and clients are always pushed to SW although not described as part of job responsibility. Workflow of procedures amongst members of disciplinary team are not carried out appropriately.

Entry wages are living wage of $24 for many positions. Great for entry level employees. Excellent benefits package. I work in the dental department. Each dental office has its uniqueness to it. Leaders and providers are passionate about serving a very underserved population of patients that need oral care. I feel like I do have work life balance and able to attend school online FT.

The entry level wages are across the board with all positions. There's no flexibility when trying to hire for experienced and seasoned employees. This leaves some positions as a revolving door for the next entry level person.

Poor leadership and toxic culture. Management lacks accountability and skill. Unprofessional environment with unclear roles. High turnover due to bad leadership.

As they keep growing they have a several opportunities to grow from within.

They usually pay less than other medical groups therefore we loose great people to competitors.
