Pros
Pay is consistent and shifts are structured. Some coworkers are helpful, and the role itself is straightforward once you understand the tasks.
Cons
Onboarding was disorganised and stressful. I was incorrectly marked absent during induction and received multiple aggressive calls, including being told I could be “banned forever,” which felt excessive and intimidating.
There was frequent misidentification, with staff assuming I had worked at other locations when I had not, which created confusion and discomfort.
I experienced verbal disrespect from coworkers and did not feel supported when raising concerns. Management and HR did not effectively address issues or de-escalate situations.
The work environment felt high-pressure with low patience and limited emotional regulation among staff, which made it difficult to adjust as a new hire.
