Pros
- Incredible product, easy to sell, no real competitors and the org provides you everything you need to be successful in hitting quota and making great money (strong leads, collateral, etc)
- nimble team, supportive environment and no micromanaging. You are trusted to do your job and as long as you produce results and work hard you won't feel guilted into taking time off/managing personal life needs like medical stuff, family, etc
- Leadership actually cares about your well-being and doesn't make unreasonable demands. You can access both management and c-suite for help when you need it without worrying about judgment
- Customers really love the org and it feels good to sell something that people really need
- Gone through so much change over the years and has officially become a rocketship of a startup thanks to product/feature development, excellent marketing and brand/industry awareness
Cons
Startup life, you gotta work hard to learn the industry/insurance which can feel complicated and overwhelming at first but if you are willing to take the time upfront you can start closing deals by month 2
