Pros
Not stable, auditors sucks, higher accuracy and dedication means nothing, all about aht and disputes, sometimes auditors does not know anything, and they just mark you down and affect accuracy which lead to termination, you can be terminated any time, back in 2016, work and QA were much better, now they just though you away, even if you get lucky and get a contract, there are no work, if you are so luck, you can hit 5 hours per week.
